This school shall submit an application for residency permission to the Osaka Immigration Office

The Osaka Immigration Office will send notification of approval or rejection of residency permission to this school.

This school shall send notification of approval or rejection of residency permission to the applicant or his/her
representative in the first part of February for courses beginning in April or in the first part of August for courses
beginning in October.

The applicant or his/her representative shall pay the enrollment processing fees (see p. 3).
↓
After verifying the payment, this school shall send the residency permission certificate and enrollment certificate to
the applicant or his/her representative.
↓
After verifying payment, the applicant shall take the residency permission certificate and enrollment certificate to the
Japanese consulate in his/her home country and apply for a visa.
↓
After receiving the visa, the applicant shall promptly inform this school of the expected date of his arrival in Japan.
↓
After arrival in Japan, the student shall visit the school for placement tests (to determine which class the student will
be placed in).

The placement tests must be taken.
